How long will it take to get my order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Ship time will depend on what shipping method you choose. Processing and shipping are two different times....add processing+shipping to figure out the total approximate time. We do offer a RUSH FEE whenever possible. This will push your item to the front of the production line, but does not speed up shipping. If you are really in a pickle, please chose RUSH and OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Not all items can be rushed. If the RUSH option is available for your item, the option will be on the item's page. If there is no RUSH option, we're sorry, but this item is not available to be rushed.

***LOCAL FRIENDS - In store turnaround for outside items or those purchased in store is generally just a few days. It can be longer during peak seasons. Please call us at 850-514-3148 for current times. Please also note - since we work first come, first serve - turnaround times can change from the time you call to the time you actually set foot in the store. It all depends on how many items come in before yours!***

Thank you for ordering your personalized gifts from M&M Monogramming. Our aim is to get your items to you as quickly as possible, with the best quality personalization possible. Most orders ship in 7-10 BUSINESS(mon-fri) days. Some ship more quickly, a few will take a little longer. Orders with fewer items tend to ship more quickly than orders with lots of items. If your order is time sensitive, please write us a little note in the space provided and we will do our best to help you out. We really do think you are special, but we say that to everyone, and we work on a first come, first serve basis. So, your order goes in line right behind the person that ordered before you and will be processed in that order. If you REALLY need your stuff (forgot your best friend's birthday?) choose an item that you can RUSH (yes, it costs a little more, but you get to go to the head of the production line). We also offer overnight shipping which will speed up your transit time (but does not speed up production time). Please note the RUSH option is not available on all items. Items available for RUSH will have a rush option on the item page.

If you would like to place a bulk order, please call and speak to our customer service team for realistic production times. We do not want to ruin your wedding or bid day, so let's chat first.

How will I know if you shipped my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. CHECK YOUR SPAM. Please allow 24 hours for your order to start it's journey and the post office to update the information. You should receive your order within 2-3 days of shipment (that's what the post office says), however, in our experience, sometimes it may take a day or two longer. Remember, we ship USPS priority mail, so check your mailbox as well as your doorstep and wherever else the postman might leave your mail. If you do not receive an expected shipment within 7 days of shipping, please use our CONTACT US form so that we have all your information and we will investigate and reply within 48 hours (that's business hours....if you contact us on Friday, please do not expect a reply on Sunday).



Rush My Order
Rush my order terms and conditions:

  • RUSH ORDERS MAY NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON.
  • Rush orders are shipped within 72 hours
  • Rush items may not be combined on an order with non-rush items.
  • Only 5 rush items may be placed on an order.
  • M&M Monogramming may limit or adjust rush service at their discretion.
  • If items cannot be rushed due to unforseen circumstances, rush fee will be refunded and customer given the option to cancel order.
  • Rush service applies to production, only. If a faster shipping method is desired, this must me chosen at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Personalized items may not be returned. Non personalized, unused items may be returned within 7 business days for a store credit. All jewelry and sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

If your item is received broken or incorrectly monogrammed (we're human, and sometimes we do make mistakes), please use our CONTACT US form so that we can help you resolve the issue. Please open and inspect your order ASAP when you receive it. SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Items reported after the allowed time frame will not be considered for replacement.

What if I put the initials in the wrong order?

When you get your order confirmation, please check it carefully! If you notice a mistake, use the CONTACT US form to submit the correction. Our customer service team will respond and confirm within 48 hours, usually sooner....don't panic, your order does not magically go from your computer into production. If you don't notice the mistake for days and your item is already personalized, we are so sorry. We are unable to refund but will work with you to see if we can replace the item at a reduced cost.

Here are a few guidelines for the placement of initials:

A monogram for a female is usually as follows:

first initial-LAST NAME-middle or maiden name initial

so...Sally Jo Perkins would be SPJ

If Sally marries Brian Andrew Carson and you want to give them a gift, you can use a "married" monogram:

her first initial-THEIR LAST NAME-his first initial SCB

Male initials are usually all the same size and in given name order, so Brian's monogram would be

BAC

**Many people will use the feminine version for little boys,

so if Brian were a child, BCA would still be ok

Sally now has a choice to use her maiden or middle initial in her monogram...be sure you ask her which she prefers!

I live in Tallahassee, can I pick up my order?

Sure you can! We will email you when it is ready and you may pick up your order at our Thomasville Rd. location (2030 Thomasville Rd, Suite 1). Please choose this option at check out. If you choose the shipping option, your order will arrive by mail.

Can I bring something of my own to you to be monogrammed?

Yes! We are happy to monogram outside items. They may be dropped off in store during business hours. We are open Mon-Sat 10a-6p and located at 2030-1 Thomasville Road. Processing times for outside items will be posted at each location daily. Standard size monograms start at $11. Turnaround is generally just a few days, but can be longer during peak seasons.

Can I place a phone order?

We are happy to take a phone order for NON personalized items, but we cannot accept phone orders for items being monogrammed. We REALLY want you to love your item, and that means picking fonts, colors, and products either from our online descriptions and photos, or in store where you can see everything we offer. If we have customers in the store, we will need to take your number and call you back when a team member is available to give you undivided attention.

How do I place a bulk order?
